Terms and Conditions


Due to Singapore tighter covid-19 measures, we will be able to provide only 1 delivery service per week on every Tuesday. All orders received by Monday 23:59pm will delivered on Tuesday. All orders received from Tuesday 00:00am will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Thank you for your patience and comprehension. No self-pick-up allowed.

Delivery will be through local traceable courier service. Please check your address & contact details are correct before making payment.

No Exchanges

Due to the clearance of these goods, we have a no returns or exchange policy, except for manufactures defect, on goods purchased on The Eyewear Outlet. Please check your order before placing.

Product Casing

All efforts will be made to provide you with the brand specific casing for your product. In the event that the specific brand casing is unavailable we will provide an alternative brand case.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defects need to be communicated to us within 3 days of receiving goods.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
